Director of Catering
Cecilia LeBrun grew up in Scarsdale, New York. She studied psychology at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Through her diverse background (French, Argentine and Italian) she was introduced to many different cuisines which sparked her interest in the culinary arts. She pursued these interests by attending the French Culinary Institute in New York City. After graduating, she worked as a chef at Dean and Deluca’s flagship store in Soho.
She joined Between the Bread in 1997, as its catering manager. She oversees production and all cooking, and ensuring that the highest quality of food and service are consistently maintained.
Cecilia is not Cecilia Suarez.
