Events and Celebrations is well versed in over 6 types of cuisine, from Japanese to French to South American and even Middle Eastern, and our master chefs can put together any type of menu to suite your culinary needs.
Space Design/Flower Arrangement
Events & Celebrations will completely transform any space to meet your occasion, be it at your office, home, or at a venue that we locate for you. From tablecloths and runners, chairs and china, lighting and flowers and even props and mechanics, we will decorate your space to match the desired appearance be it more traditional or completely avant-garde. Our flower arrangements come in all sizes and are created by our in-house specialists to uniquely coordinate the needs of each client and every occasion.
Rentals
We at Events and Celebrations believe that your event planning experience should be as simple and consolidated as possible, which is why we handle all rentals for the event. Whether you need tables, chairs, china, tents, stages, lighting and electronic equipment, games, artists, performers, photographers or even an oxygen bar, we can handle everything for you and make sure that all rentals fit seamlessly into the entire package.
Venue Selection
Our event coordinators specialize in locating venues for our clients that match their events’ needs. We have forged relationships with hundreds of venues in Manhattan as well as throughout the Tri-state area and would be able to locate a space to suit your occasion with ease. Our venues include museums, brownstones, lofts and penthouses, rooftop patios, villas and mansions, country clubs, nightclubs and bars, restaurants, lounges, studios, theatres, galleries, boutiques and private gardens.
Wait Staff and Chefs
Our staff of servers and waiters is always courteous and professional, and is headed by a team captain with over 7 years experience in the industry at each event. Our staff is available for waiting, hors d’oeuvres and cocktail passing, full-service bartending, coat check, guest check-in, food preparation, cleaning, doormen, security and bathroom attending.
