My account was turned over to Ms. Lucille Naar, and I am writing to tell you how incredibly delighted I was to work with Ms. Naar on this event. Her expertise and knowledge of your unique menus proved invaluable to the success of the event. Her suggestions for event planning was extraordinary and tailored to my needs while at all times maintaining the integrity of your company and keeping within my proposed budget. Ms. Naar's unique suggestion of creating a Tiffany gift box cake proves that her insight to dining creativity is an invaluable asset to your company.
The event went off as planned, timely arrival, freshness of the food, and Ms. Naar's onsite help combined with her personable and professional attitude was invaluable. I am delighted to continue to work with Between the Bread and Ms. Naar on all future Hallmark Entertainment catered events. Lincoln Center Institute:

Thank you so much for the wonderful catering job you did for our special event, "Administrators Day," last week. It was a big success. The presentation was classic, the food awesome. The guests raved about the sandwiches and the pasta salad. The cookies and brownies were all gone before the end of the meeting! The extra sandwiches and dessert platters that you sent, in the event that we had over a hundred people, were set out for the LCI staff and volunteers. Well, they were as enthusiastic about the food as the guests! I personally loved the fresh mozzarella, tomato, and pesto on focaccia bread; it was really delicious, and different. The fruit salad was also terrific. Thank you so much for a really "five-star" job. Everything was just perfect!

I just wanted you to know that everything went great last night and Chris was an outstanding bartender. The Grand Celebration Basket was Superb!
