Between the Bread was established in 1979 with the idea of introducing world-class cuisine to corporate New York. We developed an innovative style of cooking and presentation. Our menus are eclectic yet current with a serious dose of fresh local products and a dash of fresh herbs and spices. Our presentations are clean and modern with a touch of old-world charm.
Our clients enjoy our full event planning capabilities which include all aspects of event management:
- Finding and securing venues- we will find the perfect space from hundreds on our roster to host your event.
- Menu development-including seasonal and specialty menus to suit the occasion.
- Space and table décor-including floral arrangements, tress and plants, signage, decorative elements and lighting
- Staffing-wait and bar staff, chefs, security guards, greeters and models
- Rentals-including all cooking and dining equipment, tabletop, glassware, linens, pipe-&-drape and dance floor.
- Entertainment-including DJ’s, bands, caricaturists and magicians
- Themed Events-including sommeliers for wine tasting, fromagiers for cheese tastings, casino nights, cooking classes, cookie and cake decorating.
- Our custom-built kitchen and corporate offices are located in the heart of Manhattan on 55th between 6th and 7th. From there we are happy to service your special event needs anywhere in the New York tri-state area.
